Artprints360 Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for choosing Artprints360! We are committed to providing high-quality, custom-printed items for you. Please take a moment to review our policy on returns, exchanges, and cancellations:

Order Cancellations

We understand that sometimes plans change. You can cancel your order within the first 12 hours of placing it at no charge. After this window, cancellations are no longer possible due to the custom nature of our products.

Custom Orders & Returns

Due to the nature of our custom-printed items, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Each item is made specifically for your order, which means we cannot process returns unless the product is defective or damaged.

Defective or Damaged Items

  • If your item is defective or damaged (beyond minor color discrepancies in print), we are happy to work with you to resolve the issue.
  • Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 2 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will then assist in replacing the item. 

Minor Color Discrepancies

Please note that due to differences in monitors and printing processes, there may be minor color variations between what you see on your screen and the final printed product. These are not considered defects.
